Care & Repair England listens to what older people say about their later life housing aspirations and then supports & promotes the development of solutions, particularly in the private housing sector.

Hence our focus on;

• provision of impartial information and advice about housing and care options and
• practical help with home repairs and adaptations.

We also identify related risks and opportunities, taking the long view with regard to housing and ageing.

Hence our focus on;

• integration across housing/ health and care,
• building accessible, adaptable mainstream housing and
• improving the housing & ageing evidence base about what works.
